Sammy also has a really loud voice and quite a temper. I have no idea where he got that from....:) Sam likes to say some things that I find quite funny, for instance, Sam one day was saying, "A crocodile eat my finger, it too bad, it dangerous" And he would say that with all different animals, so when he said dog, we said, "No, a dog eats dog food", he replied "Dog food? Oh, doggy eat grass?" I had to laugh! He says some cute stuff. Also, I found it really funny how he distinguishes his knight's horses. The other day he came wandering in and said he wants his horse. I look at him and see he is holding his horse. So I said," You have your horse" He got mad, "NO, A PAARD. I WANT MY HORSE!" I didn't understand, paard is horse in Dutch. So, confused I asked,"where is your horse?" He said in the car. I go out to the car and look in his carseat and there is another horse. And I say to him as I hand him the horse, " hier is jou paard." ("Here is your horse", may not be perfect Dutch) And Samuel got very angery,"NOT A PAARD!!! A HORSE!" And I came to figure out one particular horse is Horse and the other particular horse is Paard...like it was their names. Too cute! Little Stinker!Saturday, November 22, 2008
Samuel
Sammy started preschool this past week and he really likes it! He really talks a lot these days and he loves, knights and horses, monster trucks, playing in the front outside, pancakes with maple syrup, and playing with his big brother and his cousin Weston. Samuel, was on a role with potty training, then suddenly, he refused to go in the "potty". What do they say, digression before progression, or something like that. So, we are encouraging him to continue to be a big boy and go in the "potty".
